    FRIDAY 4/8 18-20pm NAMASTERY VINYASA FLOW MASTERCLASS w/ Adell

    Namastery vinyasa flow is a lecture during which you will sweat a little bit, laugh a little bit, and relax a bit, too. You can expect armbalances and inversions with variations for all levels of yoga mastery (from arm balance beginners to experts (or ninjas?😄)). We will move through a fun sequence of transitions and balances combined with several stretch sequences in a way so that our body feels aaaahmazing!

    "Spinal Satisfaction"

    This is a workshop for anyone wanting to work on deepening their backbends, or to feel more confident going into backbending and hollowback postures. We will look at the anatomy of the backbend and how to safely and effectively progress further into it, as well as learning techniques for allowing deeper backbends in our practice.

    SATURDAY 5/8 14-17pm HIPS DON'T LIE w/ Klara

    The stress and activity of everyday life is often found lodged in the tightness and discomfort of our hips. In this workshop we will work on stabilizing and increasing mobility in all of the movements of the hips, including the IT bands, glutes, hamstrings and quads. Discover how much your regular practice changes when your hips are open. Your warriors will be fiercer, your spinal twists will get deeper, arm balances will become more accessible, and you may even find coming up into inversions feeling much more lighter & easier.

    The physical practice of yoga helps us attain greater mobility, which leads us to feel better in our daily lives and thus be happier and more awesome people! In this workshop, we will break down common yoga transitions and postures, looking at anatomy based techniques that will help you grow your practice faster. By moving intelligently on our mats, we build the strength and flexibility that is the necessary foundation for a strong yoga practice.

    This workshop is for everyone who wants safe, effective ways to increase their flexibility and range of motion. Students will learn how to safely stretch their legs, hips and shoulders while building the muscle and balance needed to use your flexibility. Being able to move our bodies in the way they were intended, without restriction, creates efficient movement for everyone means reduced lower back pain, better posture, and improved circulation. This workshop is focused on middle and side splits, shoulder flexibility and control.

    The more variety we can add to our practice, the more mobility and awareness we can achieve. In this workshop, we will explore new ways of moving on our mats by incorporating gymnastics style postures and movements to our yoga practice. This will be an opportunity to have some fun with skills more often seen on a balance beam than a yoga mat! By bringing in elements of gymnastic transitions and training concepts, we can help bring more grace and fluidity to our vinyasa practice.

    A workshop for handstand newbies as well as seasoned hand-balancers, which will explore some of the many transitions to and from a handstand. Building from a strong foundation, we will move through a fun array of transitions and balances, using different muscle groups to get the whole body involved as we grow our hand-standing practice.
